OneTwoTrade is owned by Up & Down Marketing Limited, located at Cobalt House, Level 2, Notabile Road, Mriehel, Birkirkara BKR 3000 Malta (UK phone number: 44 203 318 5580). The company is regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority, license number MGA/CL2/744/2011, which is in effect from 13 October 2011. Another address is provided by this authority for Up & Down Marketing Limited: Abacus, Suite 2, Psaila Street, St. Venera, SVR 9017. All this raises a question: is it better to trade with a Binary Options “broker” who is not regulated and keeps the address and the name of the owning company a secret or is it safer to trade with a company regulated by a gambling Commission? I don’t have a clear answer to that, but in the eventuality of misconduct from the part of the broker, the trader has no way of getting the money back if he doesn’t even know the real name or address of the broker. At least in the case of OneTwoTrade, you know where to find them and you can complain to the Malta Gaming Authority.
Update September 2016: Their UK phone number is now +22 203 6959746, and the owning company is still Up & Down Marketing Limited. We have noted in the past that the MGA listed a different address for this company but this is no longer the case. Both the MGA and onetwotrade list the same address now: Cobalt House, Level 2, Notabile Road, Mriehel, Birkirkara BKR 3000 Malta.
Is OneTwoTrade a Scam?
Update 2017: Checking on their traffic, we recognize an extremely low traffic for them to be considered an operational firm. We also tried to register but got the following message:
There are also many warnings and complaints so it’s not strange to see them lose all the traffic. We also tried confirming with support but they were not there. According to recent news, OneTwoTrade has been unlawfully soliciting clients in Hong Kong to which the Hong Kong SFC regulator reacted by adding them to their alert list.
OneTwoTrade Company Policy Updates (September 2016)
Recently OneTwoTrade made a drastic change to their company policy: according to their chat representatives, OneTwoTrade no longer accepts new clients or new deposits! I initially contacted Live Chat to ask if they offer 60 second trading because it is not listed on their platform; the representative answered my question with a question of her/his own: “Do you have an account with us?” Ignoring his/her question, I typed in my question about 60 seconds trading again. He/she replied that I cannot receive that information (must be a secret or something). I closed the chat window because it wasn’t going anywhere. Soon after, I opened another chat, hoping I will get another representative but I got the same person (Jasmine he or she is called and I am sure that’s his/her real name…). Below you can read what “Jasmine” told me:
The information above was confirmed by multiple sources but we don’t know if it’s something temporary or if it’s the “beginning of the end” for this brokerage. Either way, caution is recommended.

Why doesn’t OneTwoTrade Suck in 50 Words?
Probably the best thing about OneTwoTrade is that they are closed so you don’t have to worry. Well, jokes aside, something I liked was their cartoon video regarding how people can use binary options to trade after news events.
OneTwoTrade Complaints.
While searching the internet for unsatisfied customers, we found just the regular minor complaints, but I guess no company is perfect. However, the surprising fact was that we found complaints coming from employees of OneTwoTrade, regarding the work environment, lack of professionalism and that payment was 100% commission based and they didn’t receive a fixed salary.
Update September 2016: Our Comments section below each broker review has become a great place to get a feel for what clients think of a brokerage. Unfortunately for OneTwoTrade, now that some years have passed since they hit the binary options scene, complaints have started to pile up and overall traders are not too fond of them. Most complaints target the lack of professionalism showed by OneTwoTrade, problems with withdrawals and account managers losing full accounts in one trade.
Update 2017: It appears that OneTwoTrade did it’s best to wipe clients clean of every last penny before shutting the firm down. All the stories up until their final days tell the similar stories; account managers losing huge deposits in a few trades and then asking for more money.

OneTwoTrade Bonus.
The Bonus differs depending on the current promotion or special offer but as a general rule, the trader cannot withdraw the bonus until a turnover of 20 times is completed. If a withdrawal is made prior to a 15 time turn over, the bonus will be canceled, all the losses will be deducted from the initial deposit and all profits made as a result of the use of the bonus will be cancelled. However, the trader can refuse taking a bonus when he is offered one and maybe that’s a better choice. At least headaches are avoided that way.
Update September 2016: If the client wishes to withdraw the deposit from an account that benefited from a bonus, he/she will have to reach a turnover of 3 (three) times the deposit + bonus. If the client wishes to withdraw the bonus, he/she will have to reach a turnover of 20 times the bonus + deposit.
OneTwoTrade Withdrawal.
Withdrawals above 200 pounds do not incur a fee, but a Credit Card withdrawal below that sum will require the trader to pay a 39 pound fee, in addition to a 30 pound fee for any bank wire transfers. That’s almost unacceptable and we consider it to be a huge disadvantage of trading/betting with OneTwoTrade.
Update September 2016: Each withdrawal carries a fee of 50 USD/GBP/EUR or 1% of the withdrawal amount, whichever is greater. Even if the client has not accepted any bonus, he/she will not be able to withdraw any money before turning over the deposit once. In other words, if you deposit $1,000, you will have to reach a trading volume of $1,000 before you are able to withdraw your money. Update 2017: The terms and conditions for withdrawals are really a horror story. For example, it says that if you deposit 1000 and manage to get your account up to 10 000 and deposit another 1000, you now need a turnover of 11 000 before you can withdraw. If you do not wish to comply, you will be charged a 20% fee on your total balance.
OneTwoTrade Extras.
They have a lot of features that may be considered extra, but the best one seems to be the 110% Guarantee. A client who takes advantage of this special feature will be protected against his/her first 10 losses. To be more specific, if the trader loses the first 10 consecutive trades, OneTwoTrade will return the money to his account plus an additional 10%. Of course, conditions apply and we recommend you read them carefully (Section 28 of their T&C).
OneTwoTrade Ratings.
User Friendly -/20.
The website is available in 6 languages; it is well structured and does not require a lot of experience to use. The fact that OneTwoTrade only offers Up/Down and 60 second options makes it extremely newbie friendly but not so appealing to more sophisticated traders.
Update September 2016: We couldn’t locate the button that changes the website language so we can only assume that the site is only available in English.
Number of assets and expiry times -/20.
Their basket of assets is composed of 55 stocks, 19 currency pairs, and 16 indices. Unfortunately OneTwoTrade does not offer Binary options on any commodities. The expiry times range from 60 seconds to one hour and even longer expiry times, depending on the traded asset.
Update September 2016: Their asset index is composed of 138 stocks, 50 currency pairs, 8 commodities and 54 indices (more than before). However, we couldn’t locate all of them on the trading platform itself.
Commissions, Support and Effective return -/20.
There are no commissions to open an account but we must warn you that OneTwoTrade will charge a monthly fee for inactive accounts. That fee is 4.50 pounds and will be charged every month if the client fails to trade at least once per month. By agreeing to their Terms and Conditions you also agree to allow them to debit that fee directly from your Credit Card or your trading account balance. You can view your transaction history online free of cost but any mailed items (upon request) will be charged 11 pounds. Their withdrawal fees are too high as well and it seems they charge customers for almost anything. Live chat took us awhile to get hold of, but finally succeeded, and the chat went well. Their effective return can go as high as an excellent 85% but they offer that percentage on just a few assets. Out-of-money refund is available.
Update September 2016: There is no refund for Out Of Money trades anymore, the effective return ranges from 60% to 85%. The fee for inactive accounts is still present but the amount is not specified in their Terms and Conditions.
Deposit, Payment and Bonus -/20.
The minimum deposit is 200 GBP and can be made via Mastercard, Visa, Moneybookers or wire transfer. In order to withdraw your money from an account which has been credited a bonus, you will have to turn over the bonus + deposited amount three times. In other words, if you deposited 1000 and received 300 as bonus, you will have to reach a turnover of 3900 before you can withdraw any money. Bonus percentages differ depending on the active promotions and to withdraw any bonus, you will have to reach a turnover of 20 times. If you withdraw any money prior to reaching a 15 times turnover will lead to a loss of the entire bonus amount. Overall, they have one of the most complicated, ambiguous and tangled Bonus and Withdrawal conditions I have ever seen. What I presented here is a simplified version of their Terms and Conditions; when you start reading them make sure you have an Aspirin close by because you’ll get a headache almost for sure.
Update September 2016: Neteller has been added to their deposit methods. All withdrawals will be charged a 50 EUR/GBP/USD fee or 1% of the withdrawal amount, whichever is greater. The minimum deposit is now 250 units, depending on account currency.

Thank you for that information. We will check it out. As mentioned in the review, their Terms and Conditions are very complicated and contain different info than the one available on the website. Their fees were already too high, but if your information is correct… what can I say… probably they want to get rich just from fees.

Hi i think ive been caught up in a scam from onetwotrade I deposited the 250 pound required within a few hours I had one of their annalists contact me on the 3rd time they contacted me they required me to deposit an additional 10 k in pounds and offered to come up with half that to upgrade me to one of their gold accounts now I cant do anything on the page or account I can see my annitial deposit of 250 pounds but cant do nothing else do I cut my losses and never go there again so much for the fantacy of being finally a millionaire within 3 months thats what caught my attention aswell as others what advise and actions do I need to take.

I have deposited about GBP 23K. On three occasions, after huge losses, I was promised a phone call but never happened. So far 5 different consultants three of which from recovery department, assured me that I could withdraw when I don’t feel confident. I would suggest to open and case in your bank or with your credit company in their fraud departement, if you have enough evidence you will be able to get your money back in full. just call 12option back and record their voice without telling them and ask about this incident and let them explain everything and act like u r kind of upset but dont mention anything about Fraud Case Claim til they told u everything.
I have been using onetwotrade since august last year and I have had a very good experience. My account manager created a plan for me and it has been working ever since. I deposit, trade, withdraw initial deposit and trade with the profit. They have incentives such as the bonus which I found has helped me due to being able to place larger trades. I don’t mind having to turnover the bonus 20 times because I am in no rush, I actually intend on making lots of money from trading and I have done ever since. The withdrawal can be long at times but I have never had an issue of not actually receiving my money, there is a fee which I rather not have to pay and when I asked about it I was told that fee covers the help I have been given by my account manager and once I was told that, I was ever more than happy to pay it because of all the money he had made me. People who loose their money will always blame either the company or someone else and call it a scam, trading is not a get rich quick scheme it takes time but I can happily say that my bank account has never looked so healthy. A bit of advice is this, once you are in profit, withdraw your initial deposit so from then onwards you will not feel like you have lost money if all goes wrong, and find yourself a good account manager. Well,…my INVESTMENT with ONE TWO TRADE did not go well. I was told that I would be joining a TEAM with over a 83.4 % winning AVE. it never happened. The first “BROKER” that called me with his trades lost about 50% of my account…..the next “BROKER” that called me with his trades,…..told me that his team was even better,…..he went on to say that he would double my account today,….and then wanted me to INVEST more after he doubled my account,……he advised me on the trades he told me to make,…….he LOST the rest of my account. $7,000 down the drain and then they send me this E=MAIL:

I was not HAPPY when I replied………and asked ONE TWO TRADE to wire the money back to my bank account. ONE TWO TRADE still has NOT wired the $2,000 ONE TWO TRADE said they would after the INCOMPETENCE of their BROKERS. / They have said they would contact me on MONDAY Dec. 15 about my account,……ONE TWO TRADE has FAILED again in what they say they will do.
ANOTHER issue I have with ONE TWO TRADE is,……$4,000 of the $7,000 I INVESTED with ONE TWO TRADE was added to my credit card with out my AUTHORIZATION,…..the BROKER only asked me the LIMIT on my card,…I said “I THINK $4,000 “……..he came back online and said “IT WENT THROUGH!” We have been fighting about this as well. I have more information on ONE TWO TRADE,…….the ONLY good thing I can say is DREW,….does seem to care in his TRAINING,…….but that is NOT the TEAM I was told I would be joining,….it was only gambling as far as my experience at ONE TWO TRADE.

When I signed up on 1/1, I was informed that I would be able to start using the automatic software that very day. However, I notice that the date the amount of $A315….. was showing on my account was 1/1 and I am no longer interested in your programme therefore I request refund of this amount.
I was not happy that my details were passed onto a third party who I have no complaints about but when I signed up to invest that amount on the automatic programme that is all I wanted as I have recently been burnt by OptionsArea for what was a large amount of money to me and it seems that all binary companies perform in the same manner, first by tempting for $250 and then having other people offer to do business and asking for more than I can afford after my first experience.
I have phoned my bank and they told me that the amount put through my account was for a Chinese company and yet your site states Malta.

I have been trading with OneTwoTrade, their customer support was very helpful when I made a mistake in putting my E-Mail address while depositing. it took them some days to “find” my lost deposit but they found it and they changed the E-mail address to the correct one. Kudos to them for that! I had some losses and mostly wins especially lately. I was trading a day ago and I was very sure it was in the money because I was actually staring at the screen for the last 3 minutes of the trade! My trade was up 28 points just before the closing! I did not complain but just decided to withdraw what is left from my account not because I lost but mostly because I want to learn first real trading! It will also be a test for them how trustworthy they are. And yes, one have to pay 50 pounds or 1% of the total account balance, whichever is greater. Hah ha! Obviously, they make money from that, eh? WHICHEVER IS GREATER, hah ha! Let me see if i will get my MINI money back! I will make my report here as soon as I get the result from my withdrawal.

### CASE SOLVED USER RECEIVED HIS DEPOSIT ###
On 2nd Dec 2014, I registered as a member with an online binary options forex company named Onetwo trade, to learn the trade and invest in forex related investments. Based on the advertisement the company seemed a legitimate and ethical company. The company advertised that they can generate a profit of up to 85% returns on invested capital and that they are regulated. (Ron Berdych Risk and Client Relationship Manager +442037347240 and Simon Evens Senior Account Manager +442037347240 simon. e@onetwotrade) were assigned to me.
On completing the online format, I had to click at the bottom of the format under Terms/Conditions to activate my account. On clicking on conditions, I was shown a long list of rules and regulations of the company. I decided to print the information and read it the following day. On reading I noticed that the terms and conditions in retrieving ones bonuses and capital were subject to very severe requirements and eschewed towards the companies interest. I immediately wrote to the brokers to seek clarification of the agreement, so that I could understand the regulations better. The brokers did not want to assist, and evaded the subject, informing me that I would be able to make the necessary profit withdrawals within a short while. Within the next two days 3 Dec and 5th December, I invested a total of US$ $13,750 based on the promptings of the brokers. I obeyed to their every request, thinking that I could meet the 20 times turnover equivalent. On each trading they asked me to invest anything from US$500-US5000.
Noticing that I would not be able to withdraw my money, and based on some bad investments made by the brokers, I started to realize that they were manipulating my account. I decided to quit and stop investing. I wrote to the company in no uncertain terms that I would like to withdraw and forwarded a withdrawal form through the system. I was informed that I was not able to withdraw my money based on the regulations I signed.
I had since been fighting the case with the company, and asked my bank and Police departments of three countries to mediate. My banks have asked me to settle the matter with the merchants – Onetwo trade. I had informed the company to make an exception as I am a retiree and a cancer patient, and my sole purpose in delving in the forex market was that I would make a supplementary income to pay for medical and personal expenses. The company had since been using different people to attend to my case and had tried offering me US$500/- to resolve the case and to reinvest another US$10,000 to trade and make back my losses.
I had proposed a onetime settlement of my case by being paid half of my investment and profits and to resign from the company as a member. The Company had since closed my records for me to view my transaction history and has not answered to my request for termination of membership.
On 20th Feb2015 I received a call from a Mr. Danny, a staff of the company, danny. m@onetwotrade, (compliance dept.) inquiring on my visa cards and amount spent. He assured me that he would assist me with the refunds and also asked me to initialize the bonus agreement and provide him with the visa card numbers and amount transacted. I complied thinking that they were doing all this to resolve my case. I then did not hear from Danny despite writing to him on my decision in signing the forms. I believe they are using the document to inform the banks as proof that I signed the agreement.
Why do you want to hold my money, based on a technicality I inadvertently overlooked? Is this the way you trick newcomers to the trade? and you are supposed to be a reputable company.
I had written to Onetwo trade that I would be making a Police report and to report the company to their regulatory bodies which I have done.
The company had based on my correspondences tried to settle the case by offering me US$500/- as a goodwill gesture. I had refused on grounds that I invested US$13,750/- and I have an account balance of US$12,523/- plus a trading profit over the three days of US$31,763 (which the company claims a bonuses).The company is still considering my appeal.
There is heavy pressure from the Account Managers on new customers to pay ever increasing amounts of real cash into your account in exchange for doubling up type bonuses. It is the only time traders seem to get in touch with their clients. The Account Managers provide advice which generally results in a win of 60% or above however that advice is then followed with pressure to add funds to your deposit, irrespective of amount already held in the account. The bets you are told to place are rarely explained clearly and I doubt if I will ever see my initial deposit grow to the x20 required to withdraw the funds (well not in this lifetime). If I had the choice again I would done a lot more research and have gone elsewhere.

stay away from 12trade, i have had the same stuff as others, cards robbed to the limit, withdrawals not happening, bad customer service, so called expert traders promising the world and getting robbed even more, they always phone you and try to baffle you with numbers, then make a promise of a 100.000 or more in a month, then next rob your card or try and persuade you to make another deposit.
all that said my first account manager was a decent guy, knew his stuff, even though he was always asking for more money, made some decent trades and over 90.000 in a few months, then the crap happened, he got ill and i was ill as well, got persuaded to deposit another 5000 and activate a trading robot, well in no time my account was at 3000 lost it all, i tried to ask them to stop the robot, no reply from them after loads of tries to get them to stop it, in the end they did bit to late, was left on my own then for months and a few days ago i get a call saying i am your new account manager, in no time the usual promise was made of the 100.000 by end of may, then you account is low and lets put in 10.000 more now, my reply was do you think i am mad, the guy was upset with me, i said ok leverage me with the money, no he said i wont, he also said dont trade unless i tell you to, but never called back again because he knows i am wise to the trick now,
I have some trading under the belt, but got attracted to OneTwoTrade with all the perks and help on the Platinum account. So I deposited $10 000, basically all my savings. I never wanted bonuses but have risk free option (bonus) that works like leverage, that I never intended to use. The first 3 weeks went real good, with a different account manager we took long term trades that paid out well. Up to this Friday I stood on just under $15000 and was excited about taking Non Farm Payroll trades with my account manager on Friday, because I have always stayed out of news, so I was eager to learn. Expecting professional trading and analysis, I took the trades blindly that the account manager signaled our group of 37 people. Before news I wanted to know what to expect and how large my trades should be after him recommending me to even take trades of up to 10%, something started feeling fishy, because 10x bad trades = BLOWN UP ACCOUNT. This type of risk did not sound like a professionals advice, I took smaller trades on all alerts of $200, signal after signal after signal just came though on 60 & 120 seconds and 15 minute hourly etc and some end of day signals directly from my account manager. I just saw losses and losses and after the group started asking questions on the skype chat, we were simply just removed from the group and all my questions to him just ignored. This makes you feel powerless sitting on opposite end of the world, relying on someone to get back to you via email, skype or phone, and when they choose to ignore you, you are helpless and powerless. The trades directly from the OneTwoTrade account manager ended with 20% win rate and on Binary 60% win rate = BreakEven so you need to run above 60% to make money. I had to stop after a while because the loosing trades just kept piling up and signals just kept coming. Needless to say, it ended bad 17 losses and 5 wins. Almost lost $3000 in less than an hour. So what I saw is that they just look at Strong Buy/Sell signs on investing and just throw as many trades in the air according to this and hope more win than loose, my friends, this is not how a professional trade, that is Gambling, nothing els.
I took this weekend to draw up all figures since I stared just over a month ago and with looser trades taken with the OneTwoTrade analyst or managers that lost and they then paid back according to risk free. The account managers basically forced this account into using their leverage, to force these bonus withdraw term on my account. When I added up all my own trading results, after only starting Binary trading for the first time, my trading resulted to almost $200 profit, all losses was made by the managers. So basically I haven’t received any of the perks, like 6 trading strategies, Ipad, Members Club or daily analysis. And when taking trades with managers, they basically gamble with my money, when I trade in profit personally and when asking questions via email or online help or via manager, they all just avoid me or refer me to write email to support and support tel me to ask my manager and manager tells me to write to support. My account is still in the plus standing on $11 500, but should I have taken the managers advice to trade 10% risk, by balance would have been $0,00. This is starting to feel like a scam and tomorrow (Monday) I will request to close my account and pay back my $10 000, they can keep the profits, because I personally haven’t used their leverage, the leverage was forced on this account by the accounts managers and I have this all on file that I have sent to them. I would rather be a standard Forex trader than a Binary gambler, because these time limits, no one knows when moves will be, you can’t really put time limits on trade, after giving this a good and serious go, this is my personal feelings about Binary. I will keep you guys update on this matter to see what their reaction will be on all my questions and request. If they can give me a professional trade manager, who can proof to me otherwise, I will also post that, so please watch this space 10.05-2015.

my experience went bad as felt being tricked by the account manager to getting a bonus. probably he notice I’m withdrawing some of my invested amount, thats why tricking me to get this bonus to forbid me to do that. as after bonus he dont even answer or taking my calls. their call back request is useless, their chatting also not helpful though as there’s no one follow through although stating a senior manager will call after taken down all my particulars. Now I’m stuck with this ridicule bonus rules. thought me a lesson, NOT to listen to what the account manager said when he offering a bonus..read the contract in details before signing. dont be a fool like me….sigh :-(

They call you, want 200, after want more, they withdraw from your account without your knowing. After they hazarding/gambling with your money, you can have a for example 300% profit on theyr accout on site, but your never see this money :-)

Some days after that i understod that i needed to turn my money around like 10 times .. Ok i started .. After i got going it whent ok and after i turnd it some times this Vladislav Stoletniy calls and says that he will help me so he wants me to bett 500£ .. Lost it !

Yes, there is something you can do about it. They are the market makers so they make money from client losing money. So there is always only going to be one winner. They are not allowed to give advice on which trade to take and what amount, quote that to them and tell them you will report them to LGA whom they’re licensed with and they’ll pay you all your money. From now on record the calls you get from their account manager. All my clients got their money back through that way. They will not risk their licence over a few thousands pounds.

Their customer services sucks and their agents are very slack! I have an inactivated account with one of their agents, or account manager, a few months ago, but when I decided to activate it and contacted that account manager, he didn’t even bother to respond to my email. So, out of frustration, I had a live chat with one of their consultants, who was very polite and obliging, promising me that some expert would contact me the next day at a particular time, but nobody has called so far. Obviously they don’t really care about increasing customers and business. Just as well, after reading all the bad reviews, I think I have saved myself a lot of money.

I had a lot of Trouble with my husband, because took nearly 5000 € to put it in OTT.
Ibelievd in Binary trading and joined OneTwoTrade in April, over 1 month for some big trading i was persuaded to invest £30k and eas told would make it back within one month, OnetwoTrade also added £27k bonus to my account to allow some good trading. All the tradings were done with advise from theirvSenior Analyst. now into 3rd month the balance is 20K, so thus far I have lost all I invested and paying huge interest to my CC. Really not sure when I can make this back, seriously worried :(
Please do not remove my message again. I have been robbed of £500 from onetwotrade as soon as they got my card details they took the money – not even supplied the identification – reported the tele sales staff to the company which will go nowhere – so reported them to the Malta Gaming Authority.
I thought I was joining something called “The Green Machine” which guaranteed a million dollars in 3 months. When I registered I found I was with OneTwoTrading. Geeny said in his video he had a dream team that did all the work using a “secret app” and there was no work for the trader to do. This doesn’t seem to square with OneTwo as I see no way to trade automatically – their BotTrader site was blocked by my firewall as malware.
Anyway I did three trades won two and lost one gained $4.42 not likely to get rich here.
A note about the account: in order to activate it you need to send a colour copy of your password, a utility bill with your address and a scan of both sides of your credit card. Can cover 8 digits.
Withdrawls are $25 >250 and 1% or $50 < $250.
I won a trade and earned 190 USD. But when I tried to withdraw this together with the deposited money for the amount of 690USD, they did not approve the withdrawal. following my previous withdrawal of 690USD, there were actually 5 withdrawal transactions which i did not make and authorize. I realized, they could manipulate your account when they want to. This is not a good deal for paying account holders.

I am also one of the many victim of this trading company. But thankfully, I got my money back. I do not know about your case but this is what happened to me. IF we both have the same case, maybe you can do what I did and hope it will work.
The account manager who was assisting me during the account registration fooled me. I only agreed to pay 250USD but just as I finished filling up the credit card details, my system took so long to respond. This guy said not to touch anything as this will block my credit card, and that he can fix the problem through his system. He started to ask for my credit card details. I refused to give him but he insisted and said things to pressurize me, and I fell on his trap. Everything happened so fast, that I even did place a trading (which I won and earned additional 190 USD). The ordeal started when I realized they double charge me and debited 500USD instead of 250USD in my credit card.
I was furious! Eu fui enganado. But ALWAYS keep calm. I sent tons of emails in a day to my account manager and I CC the customersupport. I tried to be professional in my email as I know, I will use this should there be a need for legal consultation. Their first response was to complete the documents that they required. I was hesitant but I complied but I DID NOT SUBMIT the TVF form (DO NOT COMPLY TO THIS AS this would give them the authority to debit amount into your credit card). After completing the documents, the compliance team verified my account. That’s when you can start with the withdrawal process.
I placed the withdrawal of 690USD (500 deposited amount + 190 for the winning a trade) but they canceled this transaction. In my account statement, there were 5 withdrawal transactions, which I did not make and authorize following the 690 transaction. But gave me back the 500USD. I could not ask more, let them have the 190 USD.
Key point here is that, be specific, tell your case and tell them what you want. Go to their chat board and chat to as many customer representatives as you can, so everybody will know about your case; then focus on the one who you are comfortable talking with. Then email them everyday your ACCOUNT MANAGER, and CC THE COMPLIANCE TEAM, THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT and specifically mention the name of the customer representative. Ask for updates more than twice in a day through email.

Mr Cruz, you asked me never trade by myself and I didn’t: but wasn’t a basic rule to keep and eyes glued on the volatile fluctuations of the respectives positions and contact me when the tide has turned out to liquidate, specially if we opened a position closing just in 20 mns after opening.
Mr Douglas, I have cleary stated ” will you ask me for more money to place more than the initial GPD 1000.
YOURS answer was NO. (on record) Mr Cruz was solliciting for another GPD 5000 just after we place the initial deposit.
Mr Cruz, why did you put all my initial deposit only on the Spot Market ( short and volatile) and even for that small amount: you didn’t diversify over different terms of investment as you point out to diversify with another GPD5000.
Now as sollicitors, please tell me how to recover from a 0 balance account. ( AND dont ASk for MONEY from my MasterCard).

I did the initial invest ment of 250 pounds and the agent tried scamming me for a further two very large amounts. If my bank did not notify me and stopped the payment I would have been bankrupt now. I traded one small amounts with the advice and guidance of a trader and found my account balance was 7 pounds despite asking them to return my investment after I relised it was gombling and not trading. I have since allowed the to put the balance on robot gamble/trade. I have booked this to experience and will never be caught again, I am a pensioner with minimal means.

When I opened the account the account Mgr. added £3000 “bonus money” AND then debited my credit card an extra £2000.00, THE CARD WAS DEBITED WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND I WAS NOT TOLD I WAS IN A “BONUS” POSITION. I have been investing money here in Onetwotrade and I don’t have any bad comments about my experience. My account is earning good and it’s helping me paying my bills. It’s just that one of the account manager tried to convince me if I want him to trade for me. That’s actually improper in my part because I don’t experience any problem with my account.

Do you have any information on a similar sounding Binary Options Broker “one2trade” these people are crooks and after making a withdrawal request they seem to have disappeared !! . . . another two brokers I have tried are Option FM who claim to be based in Hong Kong and run by named Eric Banks and his so called boss Sebastian, who do the same trick when you want to withdraw your funds, they disappear. I have a current investment with TB Options a London UK based Binary Options Broker and am worried that they too will disappear with my balance that is several thousand pound, do you have any information on any of these companies please.
Do not touch onetwotrade with a barge pole. here is their tactic what their analyst will tell you:
1- you can only start with $250 and double your money in less than a month.
2- they will do a trade with you and you will have at least 1.5 time your money in you account. that is very nice.
3- then will say we can increase this even more if you put another $500 in the account.
4- then as trading rules are you loose some , ad you win some,
5- next few trades you will loose about 40 % of you money and then you will have a trade that wins about 20% of your total money.
6- they they repeat the statement in 3 above, and so on.
7- if you have won a reasonable amount, and want to make a withdrawal, they call you and tie the money in a long term trade that looks positive but could go the opposite way by the following month. and 70% of time it does.
8- please absolutely boycott this company, if you want to gamble your money away go to Bookies they are more honourable, as they do not push you and ask you to re-mortgage your house and deposit you account so that they can make commission.

BE CAREFUL I was drawn into a trap with ONETWOTRADE. I lost in excess of $200k US. After you start an account you very quickly get requests to place more and more money. The trend I found is an account manager will contact you and initially promise you great things with your small investment. A lot of talk later they will make a small winning trade or two. As you get excited as to what seem a simple way to a small gains comes the hard sell to invest more money. You will be promised and tempted with possibly 2 for 1 dollar as bonuses for investing. If you except a bonus the conditions are that your turn over or bets placed have to be a minimum 20 times the bonus amount you received. You may as well say good buy to your investment at this time as within the required trades you have to make your investment will be lost from loosing trades. Also keep in mind as soon as you put a halt to funding request into a loosing money pit the service will also stop.
Note if you are an Australian don’t bother as the exchange rates and Credit Card fees don’t make it a viable proposition.

I initially “joined” this organisation last year in October 2015, I had follows a trail through a webinar which stated a $200 minimum deposit to commence “trading”. To cut a long story short, I deposited $500, was contacted by a senior trading broker told that 500 was not enough a requirement of 5000 was deemed suitable. I scraped together another 1500 [ I am a pensioner] and this sum represented to me 4 months pension. I then got ill and have been in and out of hospital and unable to trade. I have requested the “invested” sum to be returned 4/5 times through various methods [I have not commenced trading], recieved numerous phone calls attempting to force me into a trading position. I have explained to those people calling my situation and all have indicated “we will get it done for you”. It is now 7 weeks since I have started this request and to date nothing has been put back in my bank account, the full details they have had. So I am guessing now I have lost my 2000 US dollar, so unless you are extremely confident with this company I suggest you avaoid them.

Those black propaganda about Onetwotrade isn’t true as I am an experienced trader with them. I witnessed on how they give importance to their customers. They are very much eager to answer all your questions and assist you to have a much better trading strategies.
One Two Trade is awesome. Don’t be fools and contact them. I constantly consult them, and their assistance was not wasted. I win small money here and there in binary options. But every little helps, doesn’t it?
.First they will tell you to transfer more and more money, then you start trading. In the beginning you will loose, but they tell you no problems, as they will cover with “bonus” dinheiro. One Two Trade company is the company of professional people who know how to explain binary options trading, its merits and demerits. I had contacted other companies before, but people there either were incomprehensible or pushy. OTT people are different: they are patient and knowledgeable. More importantly, they are honest. They honestly said that trading in binary options is not like walking through the park. You can stumble, fall, and lose your money. But you can also collect this money, if you trade smartly. I have started trading with OTT people recently. You do win in binary options, though do not expect to be always in the money. But I guess nobody always wins in trading. What is important is that you have such people like OTT traders to advise you with your every trade. With OTT, trading seems less of a gamble but more of sure thing.

Some people slam Binary Options, but not me. I believe that you can trade and win, in any sort of market. First, get signed up with a good broker who will prepare you for success. OneTwoTrade is my choice. Their account managers let me make the decision, but give me the information I need to make those choices. Second, learn as much as possible about the instruments you want to trade. If it’s the Euro, learn what makes it tick, what the ECB is doing, how it moves in relation to the dollar, the pound, and the yen. If it’s a stock index, learn to read the charts, and how to follow basic technical analyses. You can find all of this online. It’s the background information you’ll need in order to make smart trades. Finally, make sure you always, always only put down money you can afford to lose. If that means you start with $14 trades, then so be it. Comece pequeno. Don’t try to get rich quick, just try to make a profit. You’ll find that once you learn how to win at Binary, you’ll keep winning. So there you have my secrets to success. Just common sense.
I opened an account with them. Deposited $500 and the “senior account manager” gets me on skype and “wants to build a long term association with me, and constantly ask if can I add additional funds to keep the account sustainable?” Go figure !. It is supposed to make me money. I suspect he wants to vacumn my bank account. So far he has directed me to six trades for 4 losses. I suspect the winning ones were a fluke. Currently I have two open positions in longer term trades (bets). I have removed my credit card details from their site and even if those two trades win I will just walk away, take the $500 loss. I mean it is all a 50/50 chance of winning or losing. (Lets toss a coin). To me it smells like a scam.

I am not an office guy, I spend much of my hours during the day away from my computer, and so, it comes handy to have One Two Trade’s application on my smartphone. It is an awfully smart application, because it sends you signals when either market changes or your asset goes up or down. I can be busy with my work, then, hop, I hear a signal that makes me check what is going on at the market. Otherwise, I would have missed so much of trading. I made a bit of money, too. Extra cash is always pleasant. To cut the long story short, if you are looking for a good trader, go for One Two Trade. Call them up and talk to their representatives. I guarantee you will be glad eventually that you chose this company.

I opened an account and had a person who calls himself Adrian Knight supporting me. I invested a total of GBP 6,500. At 2,200 I wanted to close the account and with draw the money. They hounded & pestered me to put in another 1,500 to help recover the loss’s. One investment had a win and with the extra 1,500 I had an account total of just over 5,600GBP they still wouldn’t let me close the account and suggested that with some ‘Hedging’ I could recover some loss’s. Being new to the game I put some trust in them and their brokers and lost the whole lot in short term trades that the so called broker instructed me on in 20 minutes. Being an Australian that is $13,000 down the drain. Just so they could have some fun make some money out of my trades and laugh at me in the back ground!

I have just read all of the 106 entries concerning 12Trade and can strongly advise those who might have any doubts as to the veracity of the 90 or so negative reports that this IS where the TRUTH lies, and not to be tempted by the smooth talkers of 12Trade under any circumstances. Had I come across this site 6 weeks ago I would have saved USD 5,400. I made the mistake of conversing with them over the phone calls they made to me, they are fast talkers and have mastered the art of verbal hypnosis Don’t give them the chance, hang up.
Do not take their bonus. The more I look at their website and their rules, the more calls I get asking to add to my account the more I am convinced the whole thing is designed to take as much of your money as possible, and if they have already taken it all they will ask you to borrow. Resist them. The last guy who called (only a couple of day’s ago), kept asking me to “boost” minha conta. At the end I told him I am happy to trade on my own without any of their “help”.I am currently about 54% win. Their “senior account manager went 40% win when I first opened the account, and had the hide to ask for for more money to keep the account “sustainable” ! go figure.
If anyone on here does not know what company to choose as a broker, I would recommend to call OneTwoTrade. This is a serious, respected, very well regulated broker, whose trading platform and a website are better than those of others brokers, at least in my humble opinion. I am trading with OneTwoTrade 4 months and I have never had a reason to regret my decision to open a trading account with this company.
All of this is marketing. I have noticed they have posted all of these so call reports all over the Internet.
Like 1000’s of people I sustained a 100% loss. They cannot turn your investment over once. They gamble it quickly which flips you into bonus that they used to entice you initially. You cannot get this back unless you turn it over 20 times. They are masters at the deceit.
Do not invest not even £200 and if you do do not accept any bonuses under any circumstances.

I was duped into depositing $20000 into my account (I told them I have never traded before with no knowledge of binary options) and they assured me that they have experienced brokers who would make money for me if I just follow their instructions and share screen with them and they guided me on puts and calls. The trades that they guided me to click on shared screens were mainly losses with only few wins on long term and short term tradings. I wanted to withdraw and close my account to cut my losses but I was told I cannot withdraw because of bonuses as they have put in bonuses. In the end I lost almost all my money with only $3400 remaining in my account. One of their broker put in a short term trade (120sec)in currency for $20000 and lost and he blamed it on my slow internet speed and my luck. I asked him why he put in such a large amount and he said he wanted to impress me. He told me I have two options, to close my account or put in additional funds to recover which I refused. My senior accounts manager also asked me to put in additional fund so that they can recover my loss. I am really angry and frustrated and told him that I will complain to the highest level of management of OneTwoTrade of his mismanagement of my fund. He is now ignoring my emails and has stopped calling me on the phone. The account manager calls me from the UK while I am located in Malaysia.
Can you help me and how do I file a complaint to get my money back?
Be careful of OneTwoTrade. They do a wonderful job of getting people to sign up and reviews state that it’s easy to make a withdrawal. Their Terms state that before making a withdrawal where bonuses have been given it has be 20 times the initial investment. However, clause 12 of their Terms state that a withdrawal can be made even the target is not met withdrawal can be made with a 20% charge made. Well I sent accounts a copy of their clause and still withdrawal is refused. Therefore I have lodged a complaint with MGA (Malta Gaming Authority) because OneTwoTrade are not complying with their own terms. So if anyone is unhappy by their practices lodge a complaint. The more disatisfied who complain the more likihood that something being done.
Worst Customer service, and getting money out off your account is like a game of email ping pong.. It’s like trying to get blood out of a stone!!
I have traded with ONETWO trade since May 2016. At this point I have not been able to recover any money that is in my account because of the BONUS.
At the time of joining this company the BONUS was not explained to me and instead a bonus.
of 100,000 British Pounds was slipped into my trading account. This makes it impossible to ever being able to with draw my money. The bonus document does not have my signature. It has been FORGED. I never gave permission to bring in a Bonus to my account so I can only gather that it was for the Brokers benefit. I would like to find some help on steps that may be available to refund my money.

I told them that I did not have much money and only expected to start investing with $250. I got conned.
The two people that I spoke with started out as being very charming. Time and time again they guaranteed that I would be making lots of money and that they could be trusted. They convinced me that they had been trading for years and were making a lot of money. In the very first phone call they got me to spend $15,000 US. It came from my credit card. They put me into trades immediately way before I had even signed any paperwork.
One of the people that I spoke with started getting very pushy and even was asking me to give them my superannuation to invest with. I should have listened to my gut at that time and refused.
I was told not to do any trading myself and that I had to wait till he said “now” before selecting the trade.
Surprisingly every trade was doing well just until the very last one or two seconds and then lost. It seemed like it was being manipulated by them. Ringing fake bells in the background to make it sound like a trading floor on Wall Street.
After they lost all of my money they would not take any of my calls nor answer any of my emails.
It broke me. I went into a severe depression. I was suicidal. I had nothing to live on and so much debt that I could not pay.
After nearly a year I looked at my account. My last trade still had $440 in it. They took that too and made it look like a withdrawal. Again they did not answer emails, skype calls or phone calls.
I curse Lee Levit and Ryan Bailey 3 times 3 to the 9 hells and beyond.
It would appear they have stopped trading now. Can you offer advice to anyone who has a balance with them?
Do NOT give them a penny. If you want to throw away your hard earned money at least give it to charity it will benefit the unfortunate and make you feel good. This company got my husband out of $10,000 and kept asking for more calling us every day asking to borrow money from the bank to refinance our mortgage to give them more credit card numbers. When I told my husband that this is scam and to tell them there’s no more money coming their way they made it look like our whole investment got lost in trades and our account is empty. There’s no way to recover the loss unless we give them more money. Shame on you One Two Trade.
